Description:
A trip to Napa and Sonoma Valleys in November 2008 resulted in theses photographs. While it was after the grape harvest, the vines were still lovely and a few clusters of grapes remained on the vines. This wall-hanging combines photographs of grapes left on the vine (with the leaves surrounding them) and the vineyard on the hillside. Both photos were printed on silks.

Materials:
Silk and cotton fabrics, wool batting, cotton/silk backing, silk and cotton threads. Machine-quilted.
